Friday, 10/19/18, 6am PDT – The VT Systems are currently experiencing Sign In problems that arose from a routine Database update late last night. We are actively working on it to get it resolved as fast as possible. At the current moment, signing in is throwing an error. We do have a note on the Sign In Box for users to alert them that we are having difficulties, and we will work to get it resolved as fast as possible; sorry for the inconvenience.

Update 8:41am PDT – The VT Systems are operating normally and can be signed in to. There are some API services that are still being worked on and will be restored shortly. We will be monitoring everything closely and please let us know if you have any questions on anything.

Screen Resolution: Responsive Design will accommodate all desktop monitor sizes, modern tablets and phones. There are select few pages in the Admin Reports that require 1024×768 or higher; an alert message will prompt users, if their screen resolution does not meet this requirement.

Proxy Servers: Connecting through a proxy server could affect system performance due to certain caching settings of your proxy server. It is recommended that you do not use a proxy server connection.

3 The Adobe Flash Player browser plugin may be required on some pages that contain older custom content.

LightSpeed VT operates with a daily and weekly pre-scheduled maintenance window; listed below. We can’t always adhere to this schedule, and will always publish important alerts regarding irregular or unexpected service interruptions via the @lsvt_support Twitter feed.
